The Collaborative Web Astronaut
Sandra Ordonez is a native New Yorker who has been obsessed with cross-cultural communication and computers since she was a little kid working at her parents retail businesses in Manhattan. She graduated from American university in 1997 with a BA in international studies and public relations and immediately began helping organizations manage their online presence. Having grown up in what many brand as the capital of the world and serving as one of the first communication directors for Wikipedia, Ordonez understands how to create effective collaborative environments and manage the obstacles that come with it. Additionally, she knows how to help individuals understand how they can be better collaborators. Sandra calls herself the collaborative web astronaut.
